Ambiance & Food
We were ridiculously hungry and dived right into the food menu. Delhi is best known for its mughlai cuisine and we didn’t think twice about what should we call for. We started off with a bunch of cool drink to soothe ourselves since Delhi heat knows no bounds. We were practically drained.

Both the (mocktails) came as a pleasant surprise as it tasted like a wave of chill across our bodies. Right after our souls were at ease, we started calling for dishes. We were thoroughly famished, we called for multiple starters. The (nachos) were a simple, yet delicious starter and helped us to get going.
The papad based cones was the perfect blend between Desi and Western cuisine. It was crispy, fresh and colorful at once. A brilliant appetizer! Then we called for chicken Lollypop, the one and only Indo-Chinese delicacy, we would kill for. It tasted brilliant too. Crispy on the outside, well-cooked in the inside, just the way it is supposed to
It was marinated to perfection with mild spices. The way it was cooked made us go back to the glory of Lucknowi cuisine. Then came the real star of the night, the molecular shot. We tried it as an experiment and absolutely fell in love with it. Worth a try, guys. It’s innovative and interesting.
We, like royals, called for Lacha parathas, Kofta Curry and Paneer Kadai. Each of them tasted fabulous, however the presentation stole the show. The thali and the modern take on the kadai absolutely stunned us.
Overall, Cafe Indian Delight is absolutely worth a visit. The food is delicious, the ambiance is vibrant and bright, very instagramm-able. The service is fantastic, presentation is pretty and it’s worth the money.
